Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to support our clients with implementation, configuration, and best-practice guidance. The role involves working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality LMS solutions.
Responsibilities

Implement SuccessFactors LMS for customers using the company’s standard methodology.

Lead workshops to gather and validate business requirements, document them, and create prototypes for customer confirmation.

Configure LMS solutions, support user acceptance testing, and deploy releases to production.

Advise customers on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices within LMS.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and customers to communicate project goals, progress, and required actions.

Present technical concepts to key stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.

Transfer in-depth SuccessFactors LMS knowledge to customers to enable self-sufficiency.
Qualifications

SuccessFactors LMS certification.

Proven experience with LMS implementation and administration.

Experience consulting and working directly with clients.

Strong technical foundation and willingness to continuously learn.

Excellent communication and consulting skills in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (preferred, not required).

Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Capacity to identify client engagement opportunities and drive value.

Leadership experience or interest in managing teams (advantageous).

Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Knowledge of SCORM standards (desirable).
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with TIH/SKILLS frameworks.

Familiarity with JPB processes.

Experience with Succession, PMGM, or CDP modules.

Experience with PRD reporting.
