About the Role
As a Reporting & Analytics Consultant, you will work with customers to design, build, and operate reporting and analytics solutions centered around SAP Datasphere, with a strong emphasis on HR data. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and analytics teams to model data, integrate SAP SuccessFactors and other HR sources, and deliver scalable datasets, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making.
You will act as a go-to expert for SAP Datasphere-based analytics, ensuring data models, views, and consumption layers are robust, performant, and aligned with business requirements. The role includes supporting customers post-go-live, troubleshooting data and reporting issues, and continuously improving analytics solutions as business needs evolve.
You will join a growing analytics team with deep expertise in SAP HR and data platforms, working with customers across Europe to support HR digitalization and enable data-driven people decisions.
What you'll Work On
- Design and implement SAP Datasphere solutions for reporting and analytics
- Lead data modeling activities (facts, dimensions, views, semantic layers) with a focus on HR data
- Integrate data from SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP / non-SAP sources into Datasphere
- Collaborate with reporting teams to enable consumption via SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools
- Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability of analytics solutions
- Support customers with troubleshooting, enhancements, and optimization of existing models and reports
- Ensure regression testing and validation of analytics solutions during SAP releases and upgrades
- Maintain documentation for data models, integrations, and analytics solutions
What You Bring
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (data modeling, views, integrations)
- Experience working with HR data, preferably SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent, etc.)
- Solid understanding of HR processes and the hire-to-retire data landscape
- Experience designing analytics solutions end-to-end, from data ingestion to reporting consumption
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools consuming Datasphere models
- Understanding of authorizations, data access, and security concepts in SAP analytics environments
- Comfortable working with common collaboration and documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.\
- Able to work effectively in a geographically dispersed, international team
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Nice to have
- SAP certifications in Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SuccessFactors
- Experience with SAP BTP services beyond Datasphere
- Prior consulting experience in HR analytics or people analytic
