Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Consultant (Remote)

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Consultant, you will work across implementation, support, solution architecture, and presales activities, helping customers design and optimize their SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you will combine strong hands-on expertise with the ability to design solutions, advise customers, and contribute to presales activities.

• Lead and contribute to SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure and support Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Off.
• Facilitate customer workshops and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with SAP best practices.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing configurations.
• Contribute to presales activities, including RFPs, solutioning, effort estimations, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, consultants, and customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and new Time Management functionality.

What You Bring

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with EC Time Management, including Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Off.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations as well as post-go-live support / AMS.
• Experience with solution design / architecture within SuccessFactors projects.
• Previous involvement in presales activities, such as RFPs, solutioning, or customer presentations.
• Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally with relevant certifications.
• Good understanding of HR and time management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent English.
