About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.
This is a techno-functional role, combining hands-on integration expertise with advisory responsibilities. The consultant will work closely with clients and project teams to define integration strategies, facilitate workshops, provide guidance on best practices, and deliver scalable and secure SuccessFactors integrations.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integration projects, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on integration architecture, best practices, and solution design.

Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

Configure, develop, and support integrations using SAP integration technologies.

Define and maintain integration standards, reusable assets, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Ensure integration security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
Requirements
Must Have

6+ years of experience in SAP integration and SuccessFactors projects.

SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

Experience configuring and supporting IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service).

Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs

Client-facing consulting experience, including workshops, advisory engagements, and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English
