Remote SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (RCM & RMK)
Location: Romania, Portugal, Spain, Poland, Denmark and other EU countries (full remote)
Schedule: full time, flexible within business hours

Job Summary
As a member of the Effective People team, you will take the lead in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK), while also supporting our future SmartRecruiters adoption. You’ll design and shape the applications, follow our implementation methodology, and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved. This role combines remote and on-site collaboration with the client, allowing you to build strong relationships with them and play a key part in the success of our international projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, other Implementation Consultants, and customer team
- Present technical components in a clear, non-technical way to stakeholders
- Implement Candidate Attraction and Hire Process using SuccessFactors RCM and RMK and in the future SmartRecruiters solutions according to established methodology.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, document processes, and create Proof of Concepts to confirm solutions with customers
- Configure solutions, support testing phases, and deploy to production
- Deliver training for administrators and super-users
- Preferably able to contribute to onboarding (ONB) projects, broadening consulting profile
Qualifications
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing. Professional Certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations as lead consultant (including workshops and hands-on configuration experience), end-to-end implementations run with clients where English was the communication language.
- Experience with:
- Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
- Onboarding (ONB) is a plus
- Integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Assessment tools, other HRIS systems, background check vendors, etc.)
- English at professional level, written and verbally.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team-player and efficient communicator both towards customers and colleagues
- Ability to collaborate with clients, identify opportunities, and drive results

- Experience with SmartRecruiters is highly desirable
- EU-based candidates preferred; open to strong candidates from India
