As part of Effective People, the Senior Workforce Software Consultant will be responsible for implementing the Workforce Suite. You will sculpt the application's design and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will work in a team environment, remotely and at customer sites, to implement and support Workforce Software products. This is a highly integral role in the success of implementations with our key customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•    Participate in the entire implementation lifecycle.
•    Gathering and identifying customer business. This includes creating, and maintaining business requirement documents (BRD & SDD).
•    Facilitate on-site or remote client workshops demonstrating an understanding of best practices during the implementation of Workforce Software.
•    Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex configuration
•    Lead team of functional and technical consultants through complex global projects
•    Estimate work effort with accuracy
•    Assist customers with software testing along with cutover and go-live activities
•    Learn and mentor others regarding the technical aspects of the system and complex configuration. 
•    Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions, and act as the technical SME
•    Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
•    Workforce Software Time & Attendance Certification PT101 & PT102
•    5 years+ experience working on WorkForce Software implementations, with experience implementing multiple modules.
•    Experience in HR business process design and development, running workshops, and gathering requirements
•    Knowledgeable of best practices regarding implementation and configuration principles
•    Strong interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise: 
•    Job Scheduling or Demand Scheduling experience, Reporting, and interface Certification are considered an asset
•    Understanding and/or experience in SQL or Oracle Database Exposure
•    Java Script
•    Crystal Report
•    Experience with other workforce/time software such as UKG - Kronos, SAP CATS, ADP eTime, EC Time, Ceridian, etc
