About the Role
We are looking for a Resource Manager to support the effective allocation and coordination of our consultants across projects. This role is ideal for someone who has a good understanding of the bigger picture, enjoys working with people, and is confident in proactively identifying needs, raising questions, and guiding stakeholders in the right direction.
A background in HR is a plus, as is familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors. You do not need to be a technical SuccessFactors consultant - general knowledge and understanding of the platform and HR processes would be highly beneficial.
This is not necessarily a position that requires a high level of seniority. We are more interested in the right mindset, critical thinking, curiosity, and proactivity than in a specific number of years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor resource allocation across projects and teams.
- Work closely with project managers, consultants, HR, and other internal stakeholders to understand resource needs and availability.
- Identify potential capacity gaps, conflicts, and upcoming resource requirements.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders and help drive decisions around resource allocation.
- Maintain an overview of consultant availability, assignments, and upcoming needs.
- Work with data and reporting tools to provide visibility on resource capacity and allocation.
- Contribute to improving resource management processes and ways of working.
- Act as a proactive point of contact, ensuring that relevant stakeholders have the information they need to make decisions.

Strong ability to understand the big picture and connect different pieces of information.
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to proactively communicate, challenge, and push stakeholders when needed.
- Comfortable taking ownership and pointing people in the right direction rather than waiting for instructions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in HR is a plus.
- Knowledge or exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage. Technical SuccessFactors experience is not required.
- Experience in Resource Management is welcome but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with Power BI, reporting tools, and advanced Excel is a plus.
