Sales Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our sales operations by managing partner relationships, handling license management, preparing for sales meetings, analyzing sales data, and following up on sales priorities. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our sales processes and ensuring effective communication and support across various sales functions.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage partner relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
•    Oversee license management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
•    Prepare for sales meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.
•    Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
•    Follow up on sales priorities to ensure timely and effective execution.
•    Provide support on proposals during peak periods to aid the sales team in meeting targets.
•    Assist with various miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.


•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
•    Fluency in English (required) and additional language (preferred).
•    Experience in a similar position is advantageous but not required.
•    Strong attention to detail and a well-structured approach to tasks.
•    Must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
•    Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
•    Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
•    Proficiency in reporting tools such as PowerBI and Excel (Pivot Tables) or similar.
•    Good skills in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
