Your Role & Responsibilities  

  • Contract Review - Assess financial terms and compliance in customer contracts. 

  • Project Setup & Closure - Manage financial setup and reconciliation for project lifecycle. 

  • Revenue Recognition - Ensure accurate booking of revenue. 

  • Controlling - Monitor project financials and support decision-making. 

  • Month-End Processes - Oversee closing activities, reporting, and reconciliations. 

  • Handle monthly POs for a diverse network of contractors and vendors. 

  • Streamline A/R Processes – Act as the key link between customers and Effective People, ensuring timely invoice processing and reconciliation. 

  • Prepare & Issue Invoices – Generate invoices, maintain supplementary documentation, and provide weekly invoicing status updates. 

  • Support Stakeholders – Serve as the administrative liaison for internal and external communications. 

  • Assist Employees – Provide administrative support for time-related tasks, access requests, and general inquiries. 

  • We will report directly to our HCT Manager 

  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in professional services 

  • Proficiency in Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems 

  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and clients 

  • Proactive, structured approach to task management 

  • Ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion 

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) 

  • We would prefer a candidate based in Poland to ensure better team collaboration and seamless communication
