EC Time Management Consultant

Job Summary

As part of Effective People, the EC Time Consultant will be responsible for implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management. You will sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will work in a team environment, remotely and at customer sites, to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors products. This is a highly integral role to the success of implementations with our key customers across the region.

Responsibilities

• Successfully implement Employee Central for customers following our prescribed methodology
• Facilitating workshops to identify requirements, documenting the requirements and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer
• Configuration of solutions, support customer through testing phases, deploy and release to production environment
• Consulting customers on industry specific features and system processes and procedures
• Work closely with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants and customers and communicate project goals, updates and required tasks
• Recommend and provide industry best practices solutions
• You will be required to work with and present to key stakeholders, articulating technical components in a non-technical manner
• Provide significant transfer of SuccessFactors product knowledge to our customers
• Deliver super-user and administration training

Qualifications

• Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Minimum 3 end2end implementations as lead configuration consultant (must have facilitated workshops, have hands on with key configuration and solutioning) with experience as below:
• Core and Time management
• Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
• Experience with multiple module implementations
• Knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools such as Payroll
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• Must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.

Additional

• Preferred consultants holding a valid Professional Certification in the module in scope of role
• Other fluent languages such as German, Dutch, French and optionally Spanish, Italian is an added benefit
