Job Summary

The Functional Support Specialist will work in the supporting team to analyse, understand and provide resolution steps for reported incidents via Zendesk and other incoming support channels. The specialist has a solid understanding of SuccessFactors Platform, Recruiting Management, Career Site builder and Recruiting Posting as well as good knowledge about the data models, workflows, reports and authorization concept in SuccessFactors. The specialist will work together with other consultant and directly interact with the customer when needed.


Responsibilities and Duties

· Proactively access and present improvements/enhancements to the existing solution and underlying processes

· Analyze reported issues and perform technical validation for Platform, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Posting, Candidate Portal, Recruiting Agency Portal and optionally also Onboarding topics

· Explain root cause and solution provided

· Perform regression testing on solved incidents

· Maintain Recruiting groups

· Maintain Recruiting email templates

· Solve candidate locked workflow issues

· Perform updates to Role Based Permissions roles and permission groups

· Work with cases assigned in Zendesk, reassign and comment as required

· Evaluate if individual incident needs to be delegated to Level 3 support and/or SAP Support

· Work with release management to test and evaluate impact of new releases and features

· Update workbooks or other relevant documentation



· SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors Recruiter Experience and Candidate Experience and/or SuccessFactors Expert Accreditation (SFX) in Platform, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Posting

· Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Posting, Agency Portal, Candidate Portal, Career Site Builder (CSB) and Platform from a supporting role

· Good understanding of the Hire to Retire process in SAP SuccessFactors

· Comfortable expert user in common office tools and technologies such as WebEx, Zendesk, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Comfortable working in SAP Support portal and SAP Help Portal

· Passionate about delivering a great customer experience in service delivery

· Able to perform in a geographically dispersed international team

· Fluent in English and one additional language preferred
