Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SuccessFactors Onboarding Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing the SuccessFactors Onboarding module for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through the implementation process, and provide expert guidance to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for SuccessFactors Onboarding module, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the SuccessFactors Onboarding solution.
• Design and configure the SuccessFactors Onboarding system to meet client requirements, ensuring best practices and optimal functionality.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to educate clients on the features and capabilities of SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on industry best practices for onboarding processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or functional issues related to SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest enhancements and releases of SuccessFactors Onboarding and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SuccessFactors Onboarding with other HR systems and processes.
• Involvement in support tasks and activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Onboarding module.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, specifically onboarding processes and best practices.
• Proven track record in leading and managing end-to-end implementation projects for SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate working with customers and colleagues in multiple time zones.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding or related modules is highly desirable.
• Experience with implementation of other SuccessFactors modules is a plus
