Support Dispatcher

Role and Responsibilites

Assist with service management including: 

  • Support access process and maintenance 

  • Service management documentation 

  • SLA management and communication 

 

Deliver support services to our existing SuccessFactors Customers including 

  • Manage customer relation on day-to-day basis 

  • Monitor our support systems and communication with customers 

  • Review new incoming tickets and screen them 

  • Dispatching new tickets as per agreed process 

  • Act as liaison between Support team, Implementation team and line managers 

  • Work closely with Team Leader and Resource Manager to manage support allocation based on forecasted need of resources 

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across departments 

  • Governance of agreed support process, including regular reporting 

  • Offer great customer experience 

 
Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

  • Good administrative experience 

  • Previous experience managing customer relationships 

  • Great prioritization and time-management skills 

  • Proven track record of stakeholder management and efficient relationship builder 

  • Experience in a role as Team assistant, Personal Assistant or similar internal supporting role 

  • Fluent English speaker as minimum 

  • Native/Fluent speaker in country of residence 

 
Preferred Skills: 

  • Previous experience with a ticketing system is a big advantage 

  • Ideally previous experience with SuccessFactors or willingnes and ability to learn 

  • Other fluent languages such as German, Dutch, French and optionally Spanish, Italian is an added benefit
