B2B Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a structured and proactive Marketing Specialist with a strong grip on HubSpot marketing automation, website management, and event coordination to join our B2B SaaS marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining campaign infrastructure in HubSpot, managing website updates and performance, and planning both virtual and onsite events that strengthen our brand and support the sales pipeline. You’ll be at the centre of our campaign engine - making sure the experience from sign-up to follow-up is smooth, trackable, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Ownership

Build and manage email nurture workflows, campaign assets, and lead-scoring logic

Set up and monitor lead capture forms, landing pages, and CTAs

Maintain a clean and structured contact database, including GDPR compliance and segmentation

Collaborate with sales and business development to align lead handover and lifecycle stages

Report on email, campaign, and workflow performance, identifying areas for improvement
Website & CMS Management

Manage updates to the website via CMS (Sanity)

Coordinate new content uploads, SEO optimisation, and structural improvements

Collaborate with designers and developers on UX improvements and new page builds
Event Planning & Execution

Contribute to planning and coordination of B2B marketing events including webinars, roundtables, onsite events, and sponsored conferences

Support marketing-related aspects of event logistics: landing pages, registration flows, reminders, and follow-up sequences

Liaise with partners, sales teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and alignment

Support live events (virtual or onsite) including platform setup, hosting support, speaker coordination, and post-event lead nurturing
Campaign Infrastructure & Support

Support cross-channel campaign execution, ensuring correct tracking (UTMs), segmentation, and attribution

Assist with A/B testing for emails and landing pages

Help design and execute lead magnet workflows and gated content flows
About You:

2–4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in SaaS or tech

Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub)

Solid CMS experience

Proven ability to plan, execute, and track results from marketing-led events

Familiar with event platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24, Microsoft Teams, Brella) and webinar logistics

Strong project management and coordination skills

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting

Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication and collaboration skills
