About the Role
As part of Effective People, the Senior EC Consultant will be responsible for implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will design the application, follow the defined implementation process, and meet established milestones and target completion dates. You will work both remotely and on-site with customers to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors products. This role is critical to the success of implementations with key customers across the region.
What You'll Work On

Implement Employee Central for customers following our methodology

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, document them, and create prototypes to confirm requirements with the customer

Configure solutions, support testing phases, and deploy to production

Advise customers on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and customers, communicating project goals, updates, and tasks

Present technical components in a non-technical way to key stakeholders

Transfer SuccessFactors product knowledge to customers

Deliver super-user and administration training
What You Bring

Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
-
Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations as a lead configuration consultant (including facilitating workshops and hands-on configuration experience), with experience in:

Multiple module implementations

Integrations with 3rd-party tools, e.g., Payroll

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field

Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, able to work independently

Ability to collaborate with clients, identify follow-on opportunities, and drive results
