About the Role
This role presents an opportunity to join a leading global consulting company that is growing rapidly. In this position, you will support the sales team throughout the sales process, from engaging potential clients to providing post-sale support, focusing on administrative tasks, process standardization, and ensuring the quality of the team’s work. This role does not involve hands-on sales - your main contribution will be supporting the sales team.
Most importantly, we don’t expect you to know everything from day one. We provide guidance and support as you grow into the role. We’re looking for a motivated individual who learns quickly, works comfortably independently, and approaches every task with enthusiasm.
What You'll Work On

Report directly to the VP of Sales and support strategic sales initiatives.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Resource Management to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and review customer proposals.

Assist in client meeting preparation, including creating visuals and presentation materials.

Review, draft, and manage contracts as needed.

Prepare, analyze, and review internal and sales reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data to support sales performance tracking.

Conduct client follow-ups to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.

Participate actively in sales team meetings to support operational efficiency.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Consulting, Sales, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting, sales, or a similar role within a professional services environment.

Proven ability to work independently.

Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage your own time and tasks effectively.

Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills; comfortable working with numbers and navigating contracts or legal matters.

Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
