SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant - US

We have worked in the area for more than 17 years and have more than a thousand end to end engagements behind us. We are currently supporting more than 75 enterprise clients across all geographies in all SuccessFactors modules. We are a trusted by SAP and organizations of all sizes across all industries

Role

 

•     Design, implement and support solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes

•     Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current process and future state needs

•     Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document.

•     Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes

•     Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes

•     Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts.

•     Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation

•     Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process

•     Train end-users on specific processes and applications

•     Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests

•     Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support

•     Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features

•     Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise

 

Qualifications

Required:

•     Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:

o     Succession Management

o     Career Development Planning and Mentoring

o     Performance and Goals Management

o     Learning Management

•     3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience

•     2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role

•     Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes

•     Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner

•     Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective

•     Ability to elicit and document business requirements

•     Ability to communicate with team members and customers clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbal and written

•     Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously

•     Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

•     Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor fellow consultants on the team

•     Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment

•     US Citizenship

 

 Preferred:

•     Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:

o     Employee Central

o     Recruiting Management and Marketing

o     Compensation and Variable Pay

  • Experience with the configuration of Job Profile Builder
  • Experience with the implementation of Opportunity Marketplace functionality
  • Expertise in integrations with related SAP HCM and other SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding, and Learning Management
  • Ability and desire to learn new HCM technologies
  • Subject matter expertise in skills and competency management
